Hi i moved into my new house and it has a New World TGO 70 ovan. there only seem one shelf suppoort either side of the ovan but the shelf dipps when it has any weight on the shelf. should there be two shelves supports either side? Spoke with the customer support and they order two for me but onlooking they will not fit!! any help appreciated as there is nothing in the hand book.
