I have a 2005 745i bmw and it blow out a big puff of blue smoke when I drive it for 30 minutes and when the smoke come the tail pipe the car stall until all the smoke clear I like to know if the repair is under $3,000 dollars because I would like to keep the car

Take it to a BMW dealer to get it checked over. Make sure that your sitting down when they come back to you after the checkup, as you will feel faint when they tell you the cost of the repair. Doh!
