How do I fit a drive belt for Parkside PEBS 900 Belt Sander?

How do I fit a drive belt for Parkside PEBS 900 Belt Sander? I have sourced a new belt for the sander from SolentTools, but it is not obvious how to fit the drive belt.
I would be grateful for any suggestions.
