removing the heater matrix from a leyland daf 45 130?

How do i remove the heater matrix from my leyland Daf 45 130 (horsebox) for refurbishment? can i run the truck without it? this is a horse box and the cab can not be tipped up.

The one I have just removed 1999 DAF 45, is located in the cab but did require the dash panels to be removed first.
