replacment carb?

hi have an old mountfield m6 mower with a tecumseh bvl198 engine the carb is nacked (siezed choke lever) it is still a good mower and still runs..just..any one know were i can get a new carb to fit

Remove the carb as a unit and take it to any reputable garden machinery repairer. They will have a device called an ultrasonic cleaning bath, which will deep clean the carb and get into the bits you can't with wd40 and such like. Shouldn't cost you more than £15-£20.

so you have got the carb off,clean well and use plenty of WD40 spray liberally until free, should work OK.
