the fan in the freezer unit has become v noisy, how do i access the fan as it is enclosed in a plastic casing with no obvious fixings to access

I came across the same fault and quite a few different engineers telling me all kind of things until we got in contact with agsrefrigeration who operate in the london area they came out found and rectified fault at reasonable cost.

let the freezer defrost. (the fan is freezing up). stop putting things on the top shelf and let the fan breath. noise will stop
