How can I fix my frige freezer samsungRSH1DBMH?

Ice water not flowing. Unit is working normally otherwise. Have checked water line that is OK. Have raised unit temp. just in case water tank was frozen. No joy. Is water pumped or gravity fed, sounds like lever operates a s/w.
