I have just replaced the clocks. My mileage was 171xxx and is now 123xxx. The mileage was wrong on the old clock due to electronic error. Is the new mileage correct or is it from the donor car? Thanks.
Normally the mileage is stored in the speedo unit and can be corrected with the correct diagnostic equipment, the mileage displayed will be that of the donor car

dont know what sort of motor you are on about,some speedos/guages are not compatible from vehicle to vehicle and will probably have to go onto the correct diagnostic tool to sort your problem out.
