Blockage?

I have a Bosch Classi xx. The 'V' shaped gutter at the back of the fridge unit leads to a small what I can describe as a drainage hole. This is bocked and leads to puddles of water under the two drawers at the bottom of the fridge unit.

push a bit of 2.5 earth wire down it till it clears,it is a drain the water goes from there to a tray on top if the motor where it vaporates
