Creda simplicity 1000 does not fully spin?

Machine does the full wash but does not spin properly and leaves lots of water still in the machine.
Any suggestions on how to fix would be greatly appreciated.

hi i think you will find the pump is blocked this stops the spin because theres water in the drum try taking the filter front off and clean it out
