My 9651 alarm is displaying 'K01 Excess keys' and is requesting a reset but do not know how to do this and want to avoid calling out an engineer. Replies using fool proof instructions would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

gts - thank you so much my alarm is now reset. I had tried typing in my code before but had always pressed the tick button afterwards which obviously meant it didn't work. The solution was so simple - if I could send you a pint I would, cheers.
