mm It's common the term is 'brain deficiency disorder'.

Car shop my mate had Customer came in 'Have you ready made number plates for my car I don't want to wait I've tried three and they make them up and I'm too busy to wait'. Divy!! How on earth did this one get a driving license if he had one.
