Electric SMEG SPA 42016?

When switched on, bottom oven light comes on, fan does not operate and orange thermostat light remains off and oven does not heat up. Any ideas please?

when using the fan assisted oven you can hear the fan working but the oven is not getting warm at all .
Is this a Thermostst problem ?
