i had my sony ericsson w395 4 a year and a half and somehow the screen went blank and now its broke do i have to assemble it to get new pieces?

You must be the thickest thicko on the planet. Didn't you learn anything at school. Water and electricty don't mix, so when you get water in your phone what do you expect, and no, you can't repair it.
