I have a Hotpoint Aquarius FDW20 Dishwasher?

The machine starts ok, then after about 5 mins the Pre-Wash and Wash lights start flashing and the machine stops working. When I open the door water is still in the bottom and does not drain out.

Any ideas about what I need to do?
