Hi,
I have fitted a reson8 bell box but the battery being charged LED1 (Battery being charged(Red LED Indicator)) doesn't seem to be working. Does it only illuminate when it requires a charge or should it be lit all of the time?

LED3 (Presence of hold off supply(Red LED Indicator) and LED2 (Tamper Healthy(Green LED Indicator) are fine.

It shows when charging.
Did you connect the battery leads?
Did you enable the battery jumpers?

The battery comes part charged, it may have had enough charge and the circuit is now dormant. Have you a spare same sized battery to test?
