hi does anyone know what could possibly be wrong with my beko washing machine its only 1 yr old and is making a grinding noise (not terrbly loud but never ther before) only making this noise when draining water and spinning?? appreciate any help as i have young children n cannot cope without a washing machine lol please keep it simple as i do not have a clue about washing machines lol

Sorry I can't answer it for you, but it seems to happen a lot. Mine is a year and one week old and out of warranty. My guess is that it is something in the filter that isnt easy to locate as oddly enough I have noticed a few missing bra wires missing but I cannot find them in the machine.

Did you get yours sorted, I spoke to Bedo today and the customer service department said that they will get someone to call me tomorrow and might repair it as its only just out of warranty.
