Hoover Optima OPH714D?

Water goes into soap drawer as normal but leaks out down front of machine. When the drawer is removed the water is not draining into the drum via hole.
Can you help?

Thanks

Thanks for help. Got it fixed. Used a baby brush to clear hole, didn't work. Poured down mr muscle sink unblocker. Left to soak.
Filled machine with old towels (as would get bleached). Filled the drum with water with garden hose. You could use a basin to do this. Shut door, put on spin cycle. The shaking, Mr muscle and poking must have freed the block.

Hope this helps someone else in future.

Cheers
Ricky

Thanks for quick reply,

Once the drawer is out the hole is easily accessed.
I have poked it with a piece of wire which goes down around 4 inches and pushes on something. This something can be depressed an inch or so and the water dips a bit but when released the water comes back up.
Is the hole direct into the drum or is it connected to a pipe in this model?

They usually have a fair sized hole from dispenser to drum, so for that to get blocked, If you can reach into draw unit, and get to outlet, poke some thing in, lenght of wire etc to free it, failing that, you would need to remove top, and then remove top of dispenser unit, to clear blockage, Only thing it is going to be blocked with is soap powder, So after clearing, you will have a fair bit of soap in the drum unit.
