But the needle and feed dogs do not move. I need to take this bugger a part and can not find a repair manual. Can anyone help?

Hello Kate,
The washere has moved round on the inside of the balance wheel, undo the screw in the stop motion, undo the the stop motion all the way off, turn the three pronged washer in a different position, screw the stop motion wheel back on hand tight, tighten the screw in the stop motion and test, if it does not undo put the washer in a different position.
