Battery is new but when I turn the key the engine won't turn but less than a full rotation. I swapped the battery for another and the same thing happens. Could it be solenoid? Starter?
Could be a mechanical fault. You could try putting the car (?) in top gear, & try pushing it (backwards) whilst observing the engine to see if it turns over (IGNITION OFF!)
