sharoxea102 stuck in programme mode?

hi my sharp xea102 cash register is stuck in programme mode and i cant get it to work at all, i have tried removing the batteries and unplugging it to reset it but that hasnt worked, any help on this would be very much appreciated

If you have RAM cleared it by removing the batteries, turning off/ on in REG mode and it still shows P on the display, you have a serious hardware fault in the machine. You should have it checked by a dealer
