i need to re-set the clock on my lamona hja 3300 electric fan oven?

I am having problems re-setting my oven clock after the electric supply was interrupted. I am unable to use my oven until the clock can be set and I have lost the instructions - can anybody help me? I have a LAMONA HJA 3300 ELECTRIC FAN OVEN.
