hi? veritas not sure model?

i cannot get my alarm to stop book not with house when i brought it have turn fuse off and done the battery thing will not reset when i turn fuse back on makes old people next door very cross with me

Sounds like you need a new battery.
Maplins do them, should be open. 7AH 12vdc.
Or call out an engineer.
