there must be a setting changed, stopping you from getting in all the way, you could doing a (system restore" ) im not sure you are useing vista/ xp/ windows 7? but you can look up system restore for the one you have? its a way of putting the pc back to a date when the pc was working fine , it wont deleat anything, also check that the clock is set at the right time and date, if not set it, and then test your emails, to get into (system restore) click on start programs/ then accessories. then systems tools, and you will see (system restore) there, i use this tool when im haveing problems with the pc. when your in system restore, just pick a date back in time when you rember the pc working ok, and take it from there,,
