How to replace rear arm bushes in Renalut Laguna?

Hi

Just want to find out what is the mechanism of changing rear arm bush in Renault laguna cars? Do I need to chamge the whole arm along with the bush or is it possible to change only the bush?

Roughly any idea of the cost in US $?

the bushes push in below the rear subframe...on ebay-bushes about £20 and removal tool £50 ,haynes manual £10 and do it yourself with a buddy..it took me less than 2hs...Renault want £300 to do it
