At the end of the washing cycle the additive compartment of the dispenser is full of water/conditioner. The conditioner has not been used.

holes above the compartment blocked with black gunk not allowing water to come in to the compartment at great pressure OR lift the bit with MAX written on it and look in the holes below.make sure they are not blocked up also.sometimes you need to replace the conveyor which is the bit above the soap draw.could also be a faulty inlet valve
