freespirit treadmill model 122300810 (year 2005 from Sears)- I set the speed and the motor does not come on. An E1 error message then shows in the speed indicator. I tested the wires leading to the motor from the circuit board (with a volt meter) and did not get any reading from the circuit board. Is the problem a bad controller board?
