Hello, I switch the machine on, it buzzes for about 3 seconds and then allows me to select the appropriate wash with the buttons on the right hand side. I select pre-wash. Usually you can then hit the programme select button to choose the option you want. This is not working - tried leaving it overnight and tried switching on and off multiple times. Any help greatfully recieved thanks
