Possibilities... my suggestions:

(I assume you have let them bed in for a couple of hundred miles)

Slightly sticking piston in a brake caliper.

Overtight handbrake cable

Dirt or rust between disc and hub which should have been cleaned off hub before fitting new discs. Causes them to run out of true.

If its a Honda it could be that the pads are worn down
