turn power off,open oven door remove the trays,at the rear of the oven(inside) remove four screws to remove the cover plate of the element,now,if your really lucky the element will be held in position by two screws,if its nuts and bolts you will have to take the over out of housing remove the rear panel,and undo the nuts and bolts,if its two screws,undo these and carefully withdraw the element,the wires are very short,take note of where they go,reassmbly is just the reverse.there will be one or two screws that hold the element to the back plate,good luck
