problem with the rear differential?

My car is a Renault RX4 car (Type JA0C) and it has a problem with the rear differential. When the car has done many kilometers the rear differential heats up causing it to fail.
Please if you could reply as soon as possible on what we should do to repair it and why this is occurring as we have changed it twice already.
