some body sed a wire on the cdi might help is this true and they think it might have a easher in the carb does it have 1 do you no

Probably not possible. The engine will only go as fast as it can, depending on power weight ratio, the less it has to move, the faster it will go. Try loosing some weight, might help a bit, to go faster, need a more powerful engine.
