My car is blowing out hot air?

I have a w reg fiesta which doesnt have ac. I have the blower turned on cold which it starts of cold then all of a sudden it will just blow out very hot air. Any ideas what it could be? Thanks

Common problem. your heater valve is stuck it is located under the bonnet near where the wiper motor is best course is to change it for a new one
