my car just stops when i slow down ?

when i stop for traffic or slow down ie lights roundabouts my engine just stops but it always starts again its random i have just had emmissions test and had a new sencer fitted i maybe wrong but i think it maybe a electrical fault has anyone come across this before its a ford focus v reg any help please
