how can i stop water collecting in the passenger door storage when it rains

had a 55 plate with the same problem was under warranty at the time, renault dealer fixed problem and told me that one of the rubber seals in the door is on the wrong way round therefore water runs into the doors rather than out, remove door panel and replace seal ps water also damaged the speaker which was also replaced begrudingly by the local renault dealer.

if you remove the door card there should be a membrane between it and the door which channels water to bottom of door and out of drainage holes
