Hi,

My boiler works fine when running the taps in the sinks / bath. As soon as I use the shower the water runs cold after a couple of minutes or so and the boiler errors with an F3 code. If I turn on the tap whilst the shower is running hot (i.e. before it errors) then the water is literally boiling hot complete with hissing and steam.

Any help or pointers as to the cause would be great.
