I have a Neff oven and have tried, but cannot identify where to put the washers on the hinges in order to get the door to close tightly. I can see that many of you have sorted your problem, so please can anyone help me so I can stop the hot air escaping when the oven is on? Thanks

bit more information on the door might help , why would put a washer on a hinge? what make is it , is it a flip up door , or a left and right door?
