I have a Zanussi F1245 W.
The drum does not turn at all, and I used to be able to turn it freely by hand.
I have opened it up and the drive belt has broken.
Looking at the drive belt, it is in good condition except for the one place where the motor drive, which turns freely, has worn through it, so I suspect that the drum is jammed / ceased.
I think if I fit a new drive belt it will not turn the drum and the motor will quickly wear through the new bel t as well.
Any advice on what the problem might be ?

hi the bearings could have seized but i think its going to be the spider thats broken (thats the shaft) and droped down and jammed the drum can be repaired but not cheap
