Renault Midlum Kingpin wear?

I am having a problem with excessive wear in the kingpins in my Renault Midlum fleet. Our application is heavy waste collection, with problem being more severe in vehicles operation in steep areas. Any suggestions.

You properly have the none grasable kingpins on your vehicle. They have a fibre bush which deteriorates. These pins have been superseded with a grasable pin and brass bush. I recommend you replace them with these.

Are they being greased whilst jacked? (wheel off the ground). This will aid lubrication distribution.

if you wash the fleet regulary ,then it's best to grease them straight away as you may be washing the grease away and water may be getting in to the bearing ...so best idea i would say is more greasing and see if that improves the situation
