light flashes 4 times and macine wont empty?

machine does not empty but light flashes 4 times and just beeps continually i know the four flashes is adiagnostic but dont know what it means

Probably means it has not emptied. Check the filters, if they are blocked, will not empty, can you hear pump running, if not could be faulty pump, or could be blocked.
