My Corsa SX1 16V reg Mar 03 has been unreliable since I made an emergency stop 2 yrs ago. It has been in dealership garage & they were unable to find fault. Two independent mechanics have replaced the battery. With ignition engaged the only display is the exhaust emissions sign.Starter motor works but engine does not catch. I think it is down to an erratic immobiliser prob. I have tried following suggestions in handbk but no joy. Car starts one day but not the next?

Having same prob with my corsa merit run perfect till some little blighter tried making off with it, They naffed up my ignition, had it all fixed and sorted by a 'reliable' mechanic (family) and since then like u one day starts up fine without a glitch and next car wont have any of it..... Someone please answer this question cause i'd love to know too.. My mechanic is scratching his head HELP !!!!
