How to replace tangential fan in Kenwood CK 240?

The tangential fan (safety cooling fan at rear) in my cooker has stopped turning, it appears to hum as though power is still reaching it.

I have tried removing many screws to get to it but have had no luck so far.

Can anyone tell me what I need to remove to get to the tangential fan?

The cooling fan is at the top of cooker and you need to remove the top of the oven and all the burner pipes etc .......... Ps. I'm a gas engineer
