To C.K-zanussi ZEBF255W Fridgefreezer?

On fridgefeezers, is the end of the thermostat capillary always located in the fridge or sometimes, is it located in the freezer
On this model the capillary is fed down a tube but I THINK the end of it could be mounted to a shelf at rear of the freezer, and will be difficult to get at. I could be mistaken where the capillery end is located. but would it be unusually to find this in the freezer instead of the fridge.
How long do compressor last for. on some fridgefreezers you have to buy the door if the seals go, are universels seals a good subsitute?
Thanks for your past help

on your model the thermostat is sensing the temperature in the fridge only.some thermostats are just pushed down a hole and will go to a stop point.others are mounted to the air vent at the back.not sure which yours is.pull the old seal back away from the plastic inner door liner.is there any screws?.no screws is a sealed unit and will require a replacement door as there isn't any fixings for a universal one unless you do a diy job on it.be aware new doors can be a different colour when fitted!!
compressors last as long as they last.gas loss or system blockage is more common failure issue.on you model auto defrost is the biggest issue
