stephen mckenna can you advise on tigra leaking boot ?

after 4 failed repair attempts by vauxhall for leaking boot i am nearing court action under the sale of goods act 1979 can you give any advice on route to follow. i have been told i should not park on my steep drive.

Both footwell are completely soaked, had door seals redone but still soaking, cleaned out debris from under bonnet. I'm at my wits end with this car, had for 8years and no I absolutely hate it!
