its in the glove box, fuse box 30 amp one, the fuse is at the top one the one of the two 30 amps

the cigarette lighter fuse also runs the horn and engine coolant temperature module. try your horn if that workes then its not the fuse, if it does not work then replace the fuse.
fuse box no1 is behind the dash just above the pedals and it is the 20 amp fuse in posision f5
