The heater blower on my 1997 Espace is only working on full power. I believe this is down to the resistor pack which is housed in the blower assembly... Is there a DIY method of fixing this without removing the dashboard and/or half the engine compartment please?

Usually only need to remove glove box section, The resistor unit is available on ebay, But check the motor brushes first, they can give problems. Make sure they are long enough, (Spring cannot push brushes in all the way, slot stops them) Might be worth replacing while you are at it, about a £5 for brushes.
