The light of my samsung ref model RA21VASS suddenly went off when i opened it (where was the light located by the way?) i thought it was the connection plug but after checking the plug so many times and the connection, still the light was off. Also the left side panel becomes so very hot at times. The door of the freezer also is almost always wet unlike other ref brands. please help
