If its less than 1 year old call the warranty helpline QUICKLY on 0845 0060006 as its only 12 months. mine started doing that within the year and after the guarantee expired its completely caput, all electrics have gone wrong and its £510 for a new one. I'd get it replaced immediately under the guarantee as the new one will have a 2 year guarantee. hope this helps!
