Some delightful female decided she would hold her cigarette pointing straight towards my ass burning the dress. The hole is cigarette-end sized and black/grey in colour. It has not made a hole though,(ie: doesn't go all the way through).
Is there any way I can fix this?

EDIT: That should say the burn-mark* is cigarette end sized, there is no hole as stated
