how do i fix my whirlpool 9769b washing machine?

about a minute from the end of the cycle it just stopped, wont drain or reset, have checked the filter. no warning signs

Same problem with mine.

Dissmatled checked filter and drainage pipes, found money, socks and other rubbish that blocked it, cleaned up all ok for the past year
